That spring, Shane challenged me to join him on a mission trip to Slovakia. I was in awe of God and His provision that allowed me to go on this ministry adventure. The Slovakia experience changed my life and heart, as I discovered how God uses willing individuals (even me) to share Christ with others. I loved seeing God work in, around and through me.
Two years later when Shane transferred to a new campus, I realized how much he had influenced my relationship with the Lord. I also knew that a lot of other guys would benefit from such a relationship. Since college, I have wanted to give that gift of time and Christ’s love to students in a fulltime capacity to deepen their relationship with Christ.
